In many cities and municipalities, assets are not always well-documented. Their locations, ages, and maintenance statuses are unknown. Due to a lack of knowledge and technology, maintenance is not consistently carried out, and assets remain unidentified. In practice, this makes it difficult to budget for asset maintenance and estimate any necessary investments, resulting in unexpected expenses.
With Waste Vision’s Asset Management software, you can register all your assets and the work performed on them. You can also plan your maintenance and receive assistance with the execution of tasks!
With our smart systems, you can conduct your maintenance much more efficiently. A key role is played by assets with online sensors, which record what happens with the respective object. Based on usage, an algorithm plans the most efficient maintenance rounds. These are automatically sent to the onboard computer of your technicians.
This way, assets are managed efficiently, and maintenance is always performed on time.
The Waste Vision software suite works with all common internet browsers, is available in multiple languages, and can be used on any computer or tablet with internet access.
Waste Vision is ISO27001 certified, has set up its server capacity in various locations in Western Europe, and data communication is maximally secured.
These software products are designed, produced, and maintained by Waste Vision with its own developers in Hengelo, the Netherlands. That’s something we’re proud of.
The Waste Vision Suite utilizes standardized interfaces and APIs.
In addition to the important maintenance data, we also store various other useful information during the maintenance rounds. Through our Asset Management software, you can see exactly how much time employees need per location, which materials are consumed, and where the technicians are at any given moment. You can use this accurate and up-to-date data to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes. The Waste Vision Suite can be integrated with any ERP system, which is a bonus.
